All the fruit harvested on our estates arrives at the winery installed at San Rafael, in the Maule Valley. It has a vinification capacity of 30.4 million litres, making it one of the largest in Chile. This aspect is matched by its diversity: we have fermentation and ageing tanks varying in capacity between 400 and 200,000 litres each. In addition to these, we have a barrel room with controlled temperature, capable of housing 2,000 units. Its vinification capacity is 4.5 million nine-litre cases each year, thanks to a modern, high-speed, automated production line that includes filling, bottling, labelling and packaging.
